What good is your search function?

I go to "my posts" or someone else's posts or try to look up threads from, you know, years ago and can't go back more than one page.

I've noticed this as well. I'm not sure if this restriction was implemented by the staff here, or if it's just a glitch that has yet to be resolved.

Searching uses up a ton of resources so we have enabled it with very restrictive settings. We are hoping to expand that in the future after our next upgrade.
