The rule 4 draft is certainly a horse of a different color compared to its NBA and NFL counterparts but it might be interesting to have an area to discuss scouting, player evaluation, the intricacies of signing bonuses and the evils of making signability picks. You could lump in the rule 5 or perhaps just make if a high school/college/draft blend of an area. Regardless, food for thought.
