Does anyone remember the former high school standout in the late 90's? He was in the same draft class as Zach Randolph, and if I am not mistaken, he was one of the top standouts in his JUCO class. Talented player, but what a headcase.

I mention this because Harper reappeared on the basketball scene 2 years ago with the Chicago Throwbacks of the PBL. I always had wondered what became of him.
