The Milwaukee Bucks are moving closer to a deal with O.J. Mayo.

Mayo spent last season with the Dallas Mavericks.

Good move for the Bucks. Much more versatile than Ellis and will probably cost less.

OJ cares more about money than winning. That's just great!

with more versatile you mean: better three point shooter?
I think it's a wash between the two.

Mayo is a better shooter in general, but he's only that, a shooter. he can't create his own shot and is never attacking the rim at all.
also: if he isn't the 1st option, he'll mail it in effort-wise.

also: the term "monta ellis defense" should be named "OJ Mayo defense" if you watch him play ;)

Another great decision by Kohl and Hammond to 'go for it', and by 'go for it' I mean get the 8th seed and stay in basketball purgatory forever.

The 2014 draft class is right around the corner and they're about to spend Anywhere from $20-$25mil on Jennings and Mayo.

Great...

Being a Bucks fan is stupid. Illogical. I'm a SuperSonics fan in 2015

Mayo is a big upgrade over Monta Ellis. Having said that, this is a bad fit, and a franchise with no direction.

The Bucks are locked in on any guard with talent. Especially if he can't or won't pass and is not a team player. Additional bonus points if he doesn't put effort into his defense and has a poor reputation around the league.
