Who's been a better centre over the last 10 years?

Yao only played 5 of the last 10 years and Duncan is still technically listed as a PF. Shaq was well and truly on his way downhill too.

Well let's see here. The past ten years spans back to the 2004-2005 season, in which case Shaq was still playing extremely good. A 20-10 60% FG Shaq >> A. Bynum / Dwight.

Maybe you forgot that was the season that Shaq almost won the MVP over Nash?

OVER the last 10 years. Not JUST exactly 10 years ago and no other years in consideration. Come on.

That was one year. And he slipped every year after that.

If anyone is actually trying to debate that there has been a better center over the last 10 years INCLUSIVE than Dwight Howard..... just stop. you're wrong.

Bynum has averaged 10 less minutes a game for his career....has a higher FT percentage...12 and 8 over his career to Dwights 18 and 13 BUT Bynum has always had a superior cast and team around him so he hasnt had to stat stuff like Dwight....You give him an extra 10 minutes a game and Bynum might even have as many rings as Jordan

That debut was ok.

Oh I don't disagree with you - I was making a different point.

The past decade there hasn't been many true centers to come along, so Dwight hasn't had much competition. Although Timmy has actually been listed as a C for quite some time now..
