NBA 2K16 will feature Stephen Curry chewing on his mouthguard during his free throws.

Curry has a higher free throw percentage when his mouthguard is out of his mouth than when it is in.

Curry promoted the game this weekend on Instagram.

I've seen the clip from 2K, love the authenticity.

What I love even more is that this was deemed news worthy, which is on par with the mouthguard in/out statistic being deemed worth recording.

Although slightly tacky and definitely unsanitary, Steph and other players' habit of dangling the mouthgard half-in, half-out, and chewing on the side of the "horseshoe" that is in the mouth, has become "a thing"... commonplace and ? to be emulated. As for a statistical correlation, well, yes, it must be a slow news day... Go Santa Cruz and Golden State Warriors!

I get that this guy is a good player and just wo a chip but the dick riding is getting ridiculous. I can't wait for the day people start realizing his family isn't so perfect after all. Next we will see Riley Curry in NBA2K17 at post game interviews

Wouldn't mind if they added Stephs mom though

This addition was unnecessary to NBA2K16
