J.R. Smith Officially Re-Signs With Cavs

The Cleveland Cavaliers officially re-signed guard J.R. Smith on Wednesday.


Smith previously agreed to a two-year, $10 million deal.


Smith played in 70 games (51 starts) with Cleveland and New York in the 2014-15 regular season, averaging 12.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals in 29.7 minutes per game. He also shot .383 from the three-point line and ranked 11th in the NBA in three-pointers made with 163.

He looks like a fool for not taking his player option now where he would make more money this year and then cash in on 2016 free agency (even if he had a bad year, he would make more than the difference between $10 million and his player option had he taken it )

What about TT? Cavs have signed EVERYONE else including scrubs like Sasha Kaun but still no news on TT...
