Rockets Expect To Keep Ty Lawson Through Deadline

The Houston Rockets expect to keep Ty Lawson through the deadline.


The Rockets had been shopping Lawson in trade talks.


Lawson's contract for the 16-17 season is non-guaranteed, which he agreed to as a condition of his trade from the Denver Nuggets to the Rockets in the offseason.


Lawson has struggled to fit in with the Rockets this season.

Ty Lawson did the most stupid move ever. How do you give up $13+ Million just to get traded to a team that might not even make the playoffs?
