Maurice N'Dour, Knicks Agree Upon Two-Year Deal

The New York Knicks have signed Maurice N'Dour to a two-year guaranteed deal.

N'Dour played for the Knicks in Summer League in 2015, averaging 9.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in 23.4 minutes per game.

N'Dour spent last season with Real Madrid, playing 18 games and averaging 2.1 points and 1.6 rebounds in 9.1 minutes.

I think I remember Knicks fans being relatively high on him last Summer League.

He was unable to play in RM last year.. Doubt he will have any impact at NY.

N'Dour is a high energy athletic guy that can challenge shots, run the floor and hit from outside. The fact that Real Madrid even signed him in the first place may be getting overlooked as is the tendency of RM to not play rookies that much. N'Dour looked excellent for the Knicks in SL play in 2015 (show of hands how many folks are real excited about someone on their own teams SL team) and apparently looked good enough to have the Mavs sign him from under the Knicks with a guaranteed deal of their own efore the start of the 2015-2016 season (wonder where the peanut gallery was then when the Mavs gave him a guaranteed deal...wait...oh but that was the Mavs right?)
