He would have been out of the league much earlier.
This season on the Nets, he had no expectations.
He was asked to be an acceptable backup on the worst team in the league. He failed at that tremendously.
He just does not give enough effort to play in this league.

He still is and always will be judged by that #1 pick though. I think he would have been given more time to develop if he was taken later in the draft. Teams would have had more patience and mentally, he would have been in a better place.
