James Harden Reveals He Injured Ankle In Game 3

James Harden said he has been hobbled by an ankle injury that occurred in Game 3.

Harden went 5-for-16 from the field (including 0-for-7 from 3-point range) and scored 16 points in Game 4.

The Houston Rockets were able to win the game behind a great performance from Nene.

"It was pretty tough; we don't make excuses," Harden said in a news conference when asked about his health. "We just try to go out there and get the job done. You build trust, and trust in your teammates all year long. When there's moments like this, guys step up and they did tonight. We have another opportunity in a few days to go out there and win on our home court, and we're going to have to get off to a really good start."

Is James Harden the most insufferable player in the NBA? The constant flopping, zero effort on defense, self-promotion for MVP, injury excuses. Just stop.

There's some important context that's missing. This is the right after the buzzer interview and the reporter basically asked "You sucked this game, any reason for that?"

I guess he sprained his ankle when he step on someone foot in game 3
