Justin Zanik will not remain with the Milwaukee Bucks after they decided to hire Jon Horst as general manager.
Zanik was expected to become general manager of the Bucks but Wesley Edens reportedly did not sign off on the hire.
Zanik has emerged as a candidate to join the Cleveland Cavaliers if they hire Chauncey Billups as president of basketball operations.
The Cavaliers parted ways with David Griffin on Monday.
