Matt Costello Signs Two-Way Contract With Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs have agreed to sign Matt Costello to a two-way contract.

Costello averaged 8.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 23.2 minutes per game in Summer League. Costello also had a PER of 24.9.

Costello went undrafted in 2016 out of Michigan State.

Pretty decent player. Another David Lee replacement. Not tall (6'9) but can rebound and is a really good passer.

Hit some good looking threes in D League too If I remember right.

Yup, undersized for his position, but a very smart player. He was great on the Spartans. No surprise the Spurs are the team to see his potential.
