The San Diego Padres have signed Brandon Morrow to a one-year, $2.5 million contract.
Morrow can earn an additional $5 million in bonuses for starting and $1 million for relieving, according to a report.
The 30-year-old has spent the last five seasons with the Toronto Blue Jays, who declined the right-hander's $10 million option for 2015.
