Joe Girardi says that Aroldis Chapman, who the New York Yankees acquired via trade last month, will enter the season as the club's closer.
The Yankees also have Dellin Betances and Andrew Miller. Betances will likely work the seventh and Miller the eighth.
Chapman might not be available for Opening Day, if Major League Baseball decides to levy a suspension after finishing its investigation into alleged acts of domestic violence.
