LeSean McCoy left Wednesday's Buffalo Bills practice with a tight hamstring.
Rex Ryan wasn't aware of the severity of the injury and said McCoy would be checked out by the club's medical staff.
McCoy is the NFL's second-leading rusher with 587 yards. He has scored six touchdowns and averaged 5.6 yards per carry.
