Over or under in the rest of the history of the franchise?? I'm going with the over. We need some time parameters on this.

WITH LEBRON

The time parameter is however long Lebron is on the team, not the entire history of the franchise...

 60% think he'll win less than 2 in the next 6 to 8 years. People still hating, he'll win 3 book it.

Assuming the Bulls stay healthy and the Knicks finally build up a super-team of their own (Marc Gasol rumored to be on his way there), they won't have as easy for a road to the Finals as he did with the Heat. PG13 comes back and Indiana is strong opposition again.

East is slowly getting out of its slump...plus Irving and Love have had their fair share of injuries over their short careers.

Marc Gasol being rumored to go to NY? Because a few people mentioned it online, it's now rumored he's "on his way there" Indiana is a huge question mark going forward, Rose has also "had his fair share of injuries over his short career" too... the whole East is still up in the air, completely. For all you know, the Pacers never return to contender status after losing Lance, Rose blows out his knee again and Derrick Fisher gets fired mid-season.

No, just no. Lebron doesn't win 2 more titles before he retires?
