Howard, thanks for this thread. For you to start it... we must be doing something right here - even if there is a decline in cleavage.

I think you guys did a great job. Good to see you react to many of the complaints and make intelligent changes and follow through on them. Hopefully it will make everyone a lot happier and result in less drama. Keep up the good work!
