Some new kits for this season. I will probably pick one of these up, but I have to say, I'm not a huge fan of putting the NE flag on there. I have an immense amount of pride in being from NE, and I love that flag, but it's a pretty lame/plain flag if I'm being honest, and the color scheme makes us look like Liverpool. Not enough dark blue. Putting a bunch of faded Revs logos in the non tree part of the flag was also an odd choice, and highlights the simplicity of the normal flag.

Just nitpicking though, best looking kits we've had in some time.

REVOLUTION ADD GK SPANGENBERG

The New England Revolution filled their third goalkeeping spot on Thursday with confirmation that Trevor Spangenberg has been signed to provide depth behind Bobby Shuttleworth and Brad Knighton.

Spangenberg, who will turn 24 in April, ranked third nationally with a 0.41 goals-against-average as a senior at Missouri State in 2013, then served as Chivas USA's No. 3 goalkeeper last year, making one appearance for 22 minutes.

Born in Mesa, Arizona, and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, Spangenberg had spent most of the preseason with the Revolution

Hope my favorite player on the roster gets back soon! Probably won't be fit for the opener though.

I will! Excited for the game tonight. 5+ hours of sports so far today, not sure the last time I've watched that much. Probably during the WC or on a Sunday with both the Cs and Patriots playing.

That was a tough loss for New England, though to be honest, It's hard for anyone to win in Seattle.

They still have a promising team that should do much better in game two.

I think they are waiting for you to put their logo back on your profile before they win. :D

I love seeing other Celtic fans as big soccer fans as well. It's like seeing a friend out at a bar. Question: how do you follow a german team closely? I started soccer this past year. I love the Red Bulls, been to a few games. I watch the premier league every weekend (damn international break) and adopted arsenal as my team. But I've never seen these german teams on tv unless it is champions league.

Haven't been able to catch a full game yet, but basektball is winding down soon. And with only baseball as competition it will come post the Celtics season and post NFL draft time.

From what I've read the Revs have been a complete disappointment with the defenders being absolutely putrid.

Really disappointing to hear, I'd think with Juan Agudelo coming back the pure talent would keep the Revs on a consistent level.

They are still sitting 3rd in the East, so lots still to hope for.

If they can build on their defense they should remain in the playoff hunt throughout the season.
