Their roster is pretty bad but Innocent Emeghara is definitely going to be a top scorer in the league

Felt pretty good about the first game overall. Loved the work rate of Nyassi and Paulo Renato. I am not a football expert yet but to me it looked like the both teams were aggressive and created chances, with Dallas unfortunately coming out lucky with that nice deflected header at the end. I thought Bingham played well overall but that was a pretty big mistake, especially considering that we were in stoppage time and he should have played it maybe a bit more conservatively.

I can't wait to get Emeghara fully fit and see what he and Wondo can do up top.
Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

What a big win for SJ this past week. Really looks like we have something going this year.

Today will be a real test for San Jose, think they can take three points against RSL? Helps playing at home.

Missed most of this game because I was working. Troubling that we struggle to score goals like this...for me, Garcia as been a huge disappointment and a waste of a DP spot.

A Major League Soccer game on Tuesday? Odd, but here we are.

Should be a good game between two middle of the standings teams.

I bought tickets for the end of May because I wanted to check out the new stadium, but then realized later on the game is at the Niners stadium.

San Jose Earthquakes' Chris Wondolowski becomes 9th player in MLS history to bag 100 goals

Image

Five years ago this month was the first time most MLS fans heard of Chris Wondolowski. The San Jose Earthquakes forward went on a tear in late spring of 2010, and he's stayed on that tear even since, to the tune of 100 regular-season goals.

Wondo became the ninth player in MLS history to hit the century mark thanks to a 68th minute penalty conversion against Orlando City on Sunday evening. He drove his shot low and to goalkeeper Tally Hall's right, sending the 'keeper the wrong way.

Wondolowsk was the second-fastest to hit triple digits, behind only Taylor Twellman.
