Who are top international players availible? 4 HOU

The $5M in cap room this yr could still be advantageous.Rockets GM Morey said team is looking at some European players, possibly frontload a contract.

Any thoughts as to who HOU could be looking at?

Good players in Europe are not being released by their teams at this time. Anyone that came from Europe would not be a top player there.
