Eidson is finally finding his role as he clearly had struggles last season finding himself in the system.

The guy just does everything on the floor on preety much both ends, and offensivly he could be alot better if he would be more aggressive at times.. but he's prolly one of the best Americans in the Euroleague as of right now, on playing level though, not NBA potential.

Eidson feels that we love him,
he is familiar with the city,the club and the fans so he has more self confidence.
also-he's exactly the kind of player whose game style suits to david blatt one,and so they personalities,they are alike,and Eidson feels comfortable to play with david as his coach.

Group E: Panathinaikos, Caja Laboral, Unicaja, Lietuvos Rytas
Group F: Maccabi, Union Olimpija, Barcelona, Lottomatica
Group G: Siena, Real Madrid, Efes Pilsen, Partizan
Group H: Olympiacos, Fenerbahče, Žalgiris, Valencia

Group F is definently the group of death.
Fenerbahce and Olympiacos have a really easy road to top 8 against Valencia and specially Zalgiris(departure of Begič), G will be fun if Partizan picks up their play.. E is the easiest group with the worst teams of their seeding group (Unicaja and LR) as the 3rd and 4th team..
Maccabi playing like the best team in EL and Barcelona with Navarro, Michael, Lorbek, Lakovič, Rubio, Perovič, Anderson... are going to make things hard for Olimpija Ljubljana.. Roma doesnt stand a chance..

I don't think so.
I think Valencia BC could give many problems to Olympiakos and Fenerbahçe.
This team started the season with many injuries and an inexperienced coach.
Valencia BC fired Manuel Hussein and then signed Svetislav Pesic. Since then, the Spanish team has won 11 of 12 matches.
And Unicaja have a good team. If they manage to find the right way, they can cause a lot of problems.

), eventhough i support Pesic and really like his work..
Unicaja - i am not a believer.. I am just not sold on their team - too many weaknesses and inconsistency

I know that Turkish Airlines sponsors The Euroleague, but despite that, I believe that The Spanish team can move to the next round.
The last game in group H is Valencia BC Vs Fenerbahçe in Valencia. I think whoever wins that game will go to next round.
And Turkish Airlines sponsors to Valencia Basket.

Unicaja must make some changes in the team and pray for it to work. They have a good roster and if they can win a pair of matches in ACB, they can gain confidence and be dangerous.

Maccabi - Barca games should be interesting. Best team thus far versus defending EL champion.

Fenerbahce's performances have been underwhelming lately. I guess it depends on how much you believe Saras will help them. Personally, I can see Valencia putting up a fight. I rate their chances (Fener + Power) about equal. And Olympiacos has struggled in away games. I'm not a fan of their backcourt defensively either.

Olimpija plays very attractive basketball and had a great first phase but I doubt they have the top talent to eliminate Barça or Maccabi. Roma will probably lose every game.

Unicaja would need a complete revolution to have chances. Or at least a quality big man.

Group G seems to be the more balanced. No idea how it will play out. I can perfectly picture Partizan winning all their home games vs. these teams.

The draw for the Top 16 phase of Euroleague was completed on Tuesday.

Regular season group winners Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv, Olympiacos Piraeus, Montepaschi Siena and Panathinaikos Athens headline the four Top 16 groups of four teams each.

Group E will feature Panathinaikos Athens, Caja Laboral, Unicaja and Lietuvos Rytas.

Hard group for Partizan but they always find a way, I think they'll win all home games plus 1 away game and advance.

Sasha pavlovic rumored to Partizan.

Caveat: supposedly waiting until january 11th to receive a contract from an nba team when the roster registration for euroleague top16 expire. More will likely be known a day from now.
