In search of help purchasing tickets to a euro game

I am visiting Rome from 1/10/12 to 1/16/12 and am interested in seeing a basketball game if possible while I'm there however I am having difficulty navigating a lot of the Euroleague websites. Are there even games still running at this time? Can anyone give me some direction towards attending a game in the Rome area?
