Here's a question that may be fit for this thread, or may not be. With the rumors of Shaw being the favorite and the fact he will most likely run the triangle, how does that change our draft and/or trade options? For those more familiar with the system, what should we be looking for to fit it via trades? Does Gay fit that kind of system?

It would be like the Hawks with Joe Johnson where JJ put up monster numbers his first year but Atlanta still sucked enough to get Horford. Harden as your best player won't take them anywhere but the lottery until a good core is established

Milwaukee Bucks – The Bucks hold the twelfth pick in the draft, but league sources say they’re attempting to trade up. They would like to move up in the lottery and they fueled the trade rumors at the NBA Draft Combine when they met with a number of top prospects who likely won’t be available at No. 12. Milwaukee has been working the phones, trying to find a trading partner in the top ten. The Bucks and Bobcats have discussed a deal for the second overall pick, but no trade is imminent.

What would you guys be interested in from our roster?

jr lucosa wrote:Yeah that's sort of what I was thinking. Jennings/Moute/Harris/Sanders/Udoh/Dunleavy are our positive assets. Monta Ellis too if you've never watched him closely![]()
I just don't see a ton there for you guys.
What about 12/Tobias Harris/Future 1st? Any interest in Larry Sanders?

We'd essentially have to rob your roster and it wouldn't be worth it to the Bucks in the long run

But then why would we want it?
