Jeff Adrien put up solid numbers for a end of the bench big & usually made his physical presence felt in the paint when he came into the game. Adrien is pretty much Chuck Hayes at 5x's cheaper the price. At just under $1 million annually, that's the type of guy that you want to keep if he's a good locker room presence

Per Rick Bonnell (via twitter) Anthony Tolliver has officially signed a one-year deal with the Bobcats
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

I just read that. That takes Antawn Jamison out of the equation, and leave only one roster spot open. My guess is that the Bobcats will wait until late in training camp to announce the final slot, and it will go to the most talented player that adapts to the system regardless of position, likely Seth Curry

Tolliver is a solid signing, brings a big with three point range. He is a solid hustle player as well, who will make a few plays during the game. Hopefully this is for the league minimum.

His best role is playing in small bursts and hoping he gets off a few threes during that time.

Tolliver taking his talents to Charlotte. Not a very sexy pickup. Truly don't see him as one of the better options out there. But 14th player on the bench so doesn't really matter. Maybe this means we won't have to watch PEW Jr?

Philly gave this man absolutely no respect, I mean he has wide-open threes all God's creation

Guard Abdul Gaddy played with the Charlotte Bobcats during the Las Vegas Summer League in July and he's accepted an invite to training camp, which opens in about six weeks. Gaddy thinks the Bobcats may surprise some teams.

"We got a lot of good guys. We got a new coach. I expect us to be good," Gaddy tells The Seattle Times. I expect us to compete. We got Cody Zeller, our draft pick. We got Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. A lot of young guys. We should be able to compete and get better. It’s going to be a learning year for us, but it will be a year that we grow and get better for next year."

The Bobcats currently have 14 players under contract and they may carry 15 into the regular season, but Gaddy seems to be a longshot since he will be the fourth point guard on the depth chart behind Kemba Walker, Ramon Sessions and Jannero Pargo.

Even if we didn't already have Kemba, Ramon & Pargo, would they want Gaddy over Dyson or Triche both of whom were way better than Gaddy at SL? I thought Gaddy was awful.

Maybe Dell should go announce for the Warriors. Ugh.

Would have been a good signing but the reality is that Pargo helps us a lot more in terms of balance and we already have two point guards who figure to be around for a while.

Gaddy showed some flashes in SL but was nothing spectatular, I don't imagine Cho will sign him or that MJ would pay him the min to add next to nothing.
