Retro Cathouse Draft!!!

Post#1 » by fatlever » Thu Sep 26, 2013 2:58 am

Can we get a round of applause for the return of the Cathouse Draft after a 2 years hiatus?

The rules and format are a little different this year, but I think everyone will enjoy the changes.

The two biggest changes are
a) This is a retro draft. Girls will be selected based on a point in time and not their current form.
b) There is no signup or official draft order. Everyone is invited and picks can be made in any order. However, you are limited to making only ONE pick every 24 hours.

Here are the official rules

1. There is no draft order and there is no sign-up or limit to the number of posters participating. However, you can only make 1 pick every 24 hours. This will keep someone from spamming the board with all 10 picks on the 1st day. Having no order will keep the draft moving. Keep track of your own picks and post your team with every new pick. Also, if you do decide to participate, try to stay active until your team is complete. Don't just pop in and make one or two picks and disappear. That would be lame.

2. When you select a girl, you are selecting her from a point in time, be it a specific movie, video, tv show, poster on your wall, magazine cover etc... You get the girl from that specific point in time, not the current version of the girl. If you pick someone from a tv show that ran for 15 seasons, try to be specific to a favorite year, or episode or scene. if you pick a girl in a band, tell us what year or which music video or album cover.

3. Once a girl is selected, she is off-limits to other teams, even if someone wants a different version of the same girl. If you really must have a particular girl, you better pick her early in the draft or else she might be gone later.

4. Please post pictures or youtube clips but keep them PG-13. Don't post more than 5 pictures per selection. Don't post links to other sites. Keep in mind this should be SAFE FOR WORK!!!

Here are the categories that you need to fill
- Misc 70s: any girl from from a specific point in time during that decade
- Misc 80s: any girl from from a specific point in time during that decade
- Misc 90s: any girl from from a specific point in time during that decade
- Misc 00s: any girl from from a specific point in time during that decade
- Movies: any girl from any movie from any year
- TV: any girl from any TV show from any year
- Music: any musician/singer or girl from a music video from any year
- Sports: any athlete or girlfriend/wife of an athlete, from any sport from any year
- Bond Girl: any girl who appeared in any James Bond movie
- Wildcard: any girl from any year between 1970-2010

When making your picks, include the NAME of the girl, the CATEGORY for your selection, and the YEAR . Put those 3 things in bold.

Have Fun!!!

I will get things started.

The 1st pick in the 2013 Retro Cathouse Draft
Fats selects Pheobe Cates from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" (1982) - my all-time #1 crush

I will put her in the "Movies" category

the PG version of the pool scene + plus some bonus scenes from a few other movies around the same time.

I find this highly offensive and refuse to participate.

i love diane lane, but i would have picked early 80s diane lane from either the outsiders or six pack. she held up well for couger, but she was a freaking knockout in her early 20s.

her from six pack. damn she was ridiculous back then. she was on my very short list for 80s category. nice pick sik. nice pick.

There have been game threads 30 times worse than the pictures that will be posted here. Nothing offensive at all, in my opinion.

I was going to wait and see how people responded to that, but then I was worried that Slam might steal my pick.

For 80's girl I'm picking one of my first ever crushes Aussie Supermodel Elle McPherson. 1989.

Here are some modelling pics from the late 80's.

sachmo, i take it that sirens is one of your all-time favorite movies. a) that was a fantastic movie b) elle got all kinds of naked in that movie and looked stunning. c) it was set in australia (i think). win win win.

this version of the cathouse draft might just be the greatest idea i have ever had for this board. and lets be honest, i have had like...................... 3 or 4 great ideas. i managed to mix two of my favorite things, hot chicks and talking about tvs/movies/music that featured these hot chicks.

that was a great movie, I think, I always had the sound turned down.

I remember it also brought my attention to Kate Fischer another aussie.

side note: Elle freaked out about that role as they made her put on weight for it. She found it difficult doing the nude scenes.

edit: I just googled pics from sirens (for important research purposes) and Elle had NOTHING to worry about! (its probably what turned Portia De Rossi)

Fats honestly to me Diane Lane is the most smoking hottest woman of all time and you are correct that 80's Diane Lane was a feast to the eyes.

The reason I don't say sexy is because like Sophia Loren she is just a beauty and beyond lust, I only sort of kid.

More of a take home to meet your mother type rather than take out to the carpark at the pub type.

I chose unfaithful because she is rather raunchy in that movie and that's the version of Diane Lane I'd want in the Cathouse

Thanks for the pics.

its almost criminal to select this girl in something other than Wild Things, but for Bond Girl, I'm taking Denise Richards for "The World Is Not Enough" 1999.

@ sachmo - agreed, it is almost criminal not to select denise richards from wild things, however, starship troopers would have been acceptable also.

1:49 just ridiculous.
