Figured this probably deserves its own thread.
Dude's been hammered by injuries since he came to the NBA, but he can probably still do this so that's a plus.

Would've preferred Curry, but this isn't a bad pickup.

Meh, only played at Duke one year and just averaged 3 or 4 points a game. Fans never really got a chance to get 'attached' to him.

Kwame, mcbob, are we the place where mediocre players come to look decent and earn their next contract?
We're like the open mic night for ballers.
Come give it a shot, what have you got to lose, if you're any good you will get signed to go elsewhere

I still have a hard time seeing Elliot as a PG. At least he gives us size.

He is a scoring combo guard, averaging 20/7 in the D-League

Even though he transferred it still counts as another Dukie.

Re: Welcome to Charlotte Elliot Williams
Does anyone think our rotation is going to change at all to incorporate Williams? It's not like Neal or Lance have been getting a ton of minutes as is and we already don't have time for PJ. Curious whether Williams will actually play while he's here.

My boy, Patrys15, made a mix of his stint with Portland. It's mostly a showcase of his athleticism

Re: Welcome to Charlotte Elliot Williams
This may be a chance to look at a player who could take Neal's place should a trade happen. He is a combo guard who can shoot and is more athletic than Neal. Get him in for some practices and see if you can't figure out how he would fit into that role.
