How many times have we heard Cliff say that we need better shooters and emphasize a need for spacing?
It's not that he doesn't get it, it's that we don't have the pieces to do it.
Also a big difference between building that style around a young, athletic, defensive center like like 2008 Howard and 2015 Drummond vs building it around 30 year old, fat, out of shape, injured Jefferson.
The point remains that it's not like it's a trend that Cliff can't grasp the concept of, he doesn't have the pieces. He's been preaching about how we need better shooting and spacing all year.
fatlever wrote:Look, I totally get what you are saying. We all agree that Cho has done a **** job of putting this roster together. But, Clifford also has to take responsibility for us being the 3rd worst offense in the league. Thats as much about style and coaching as it is about lack of options, both were horrible.

Background: NBA announced last week they plan to start testing for HGH next year. They will randomly test players 3 times a season. 1st failed test = 20 game suspension
2nd failed test = 45 game suspension
3rd failed test = banned
If Lebron failed an HGH test, what would the league do?
1) It will never happen. If they suspect him of HGH use, they would make sure he knew when testing would happen to avoid a failed test, giving him time to get clean.
2) They would bury the news. It would be a PR disaster to have the leagues best player test positive, giving suspension that he was on HGH all along.
3) He would get suspended for 20 games making an example out of him, allowing the media to go nuts with the story.
On a related note, did anyone else die laughing when Bonnell tweeted about the testing saying "Human Growth Hormone", while everyone else on twitter just said HGH.

He's still better than whatever we'd get at 9
