I miss Ed Davis.
He is playing well in Portland.
He and Lin are the 6thMOY candidates too.

The Hornets don't have this type of bigs to run PnR with.

The Lakers are so stupid to let them leave.
Furthermore, Byron Scott was intentionally to split them into different lineups.

If Hornets had a good rim protector and roller, this series would be so much easier.
Most NBA stats aren't credible. At most times the people who interprets those data are biased, or the data themselves are flawed. Basketball is just too complicated with so many uncontrollable variables.

Lin is doing what he needs to do. Pounding the Heat inside with relentless drives, move the ball quickly to help someone find an advantageous angle, and play constant hard nosed D. If he can get his outside shot falling the Hornets are gonna sweep the next two. If Lin remains ineffective from range (he's more likely to be open due to his ability to drive and thus back off defenders unlike Marvin), its gonna be tough as only Kemba right now has shown to be any sort of effective from outside. Just having 1 reliable shooter aint gonna cut the mustard if Miami decides to roll the dice and go hard box 1 zone a few times to see if we're gonna catch fire from range. The team is just brutally cold right now.

OK, now I am curious? Why is the number 4 considered back luck in China?

It sounds very similar to "death."

Four and death are pronounced the same in mandarin, just with a different "tone."

Oh I have no problem with "4." It's kind of the Chinese equivalent to 13 in the West. Most people don't care I think. And even if we named this "The Jeremy Lin Thread 5", like they do with skipping the 13th floor, we know what thread we're really on. 4 is lucky in this context, that's how many games we need.

it's actually a cantonese (hong kong) superstition . based on the way the word number 4th in cantonese sounds exactly like "death".
But heck I had the number 44 when I competing nationally in sports, it my distracted my opponents, to my advantage. :D

Lin records a clip for students.

Looks like yet another non-profit charity that he's partnering up with. Their website says:
Better Make Room is a collaboration between Civic Nation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and the U.S. Department of Education.
