Nothing shady about LeBron's play in game 5: he's just human

Post#1 » by Tirion » Wed May 12, 2010 1:53 pm

Really think about it, instead of making up some crazy theories about him throwing off games.

This is his 7th season in the NBA playing 40+ minutes per game. Seventh. 80 games every year, plus playoffs, plus team USA in the summer. 40+ minutes of making at least 2 or 3 incredible athletic plays per game and basically carrying the team on his shoulders. I'm pretty sure nobody played 40+ mpg for the first 7 years of his career before. Hell, MJ himself had only two 40+ mpg seasons for his entire career.

Maybe LeBron just... tired. Maybe his legs are dead, so he can't attack the rim with the same agression anymore. Maybe Cleveland has finally run him to the ground after 7 years. Just a crazy thought.

Not so sure if Wes Wesley is human, though.

That and Pierce stepped up his Defensive play on Lebron. Re-watch the game, he was all over him.

If you're talking about James, and this is not a very specific article about something that is NOVEL, your post will be locked.
