People think that they are going to see the lebron and wade that they see on their respective teams last season. That's not how it works. Cut their touches in half and you are going to see half of what you saw each of them do last season.

Obviously Big Z and Joel Anthony aren't the ideal guys to stop Dwight, but Derek Fisher isn't exactly your defensive dream at the point either.

The Lakers were good enough everywhere else to win. You're looking at one aspect of the game, and ignoring all the others.

Sure they won't shut him down, but who on Orlando is going to stop Lebron and Wade? I mean look what Wade did to the Celtics, and they were even doubling at midcourt at some points just like the Lakers do down the stretch.

Can any team really do that anymore?

And do you really believe that boston was playing with the intensity that they were capable of playing and demonstrated throughout the ecf and finals? Or did they play to the level of their competition and still almost swept the heat?
