Well after what happened this summer, I'm a fan of 29 teams. I bet you can guess the 1 team I'm not a fan of.

I'm a Pistons fan who just moved to Philadelphia. I'll probably support the Sixers as well.

I'm a die-hard/hardcore Orlando Magic fan, but I root for the GS Warriors (hometown team) out West.

Well the point of this thread was to see who is a fan of two teams. There's a lot of posts here about supporting or rooting for another team, but I'm speaking straight up fan.

As stated earlier, basketball is very similar to college sports in terms of you're able to support two teams with ease. Unlike baseball or football, where it's nearly impossible.

Lakers -> Didn't really have a favourite team when I first started getting into basketball (Anfernee 'Penny' Hardaway was my favourite player, thought Scottie Pippen was better than MJ lol) but after Kobe came into the league, got those NBA Courtside games (released in '98 & '99) he really became my guy, so just went with the Lakers since it just made sense.

Sonics/Thunder -> living on the west coast of Canada, a lot of the games we saw on TV were the Sonics since Seattles pretty close, so I was always fan just because I saw them a lot. (saw a lot of Portland too, but because of the rivalry between them and the Lakers, didn't like them haha). I miss the Sonics, but still a fan of the Thunder now.

I root for a few other teams, mostly due to the players though. Pacers (Jalen Rose when he was good, Granger now), Sixers recently (Big Iguodala Fan, Lou Williams), Bucks (The BIG 3 Sam, Ray, Glenn, Jennings now), always liked the Knicks for no particular reason (wait, loved SPREEWELL, dude was good okay)

Despite being from BC, I hated the Vancouver Grizzlies.

Toronto and Milwaukee.

Them having the two largest fanbases on RealGM is a definite plus.

Bulls are my team. But I really love the Nuggets and I've been a casual Lakers supporter since Shaq. I also really like the Magic. The three "other" teams are only I like the current team not the franchise in general which I guess is the difference.

2002 - Lakers
2003 - Spurs
2004 - Pistons
2005 - Spurs
2006 - Heat
2007 - Spurs
2008 - Celtics
2009 - Lakers
2010 - Lakers
2011 - ????
