Re: Best NBA Arenas (currently)
The Palace of Auburn Hills while not the best, is still among the nicest arenas in the league.
Bunch of new additions to it keep making it among the best, some really nice stores, bars, etc. in there, and when the place gets rockin, man, you can't even hear yourself think.
Great venue due to location too, real easy access in an and out and right off of I-75.

Michael Approves...
Greatest comment I've ever received.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I recomend the Bradley Center. There's nothing like an Arena built for Hockey, with Hockey sight lines for watching Basketball.
The United Center is awesome.

For Arenas I've never been to, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Conseco Fieldhouse.
First, it's probably the most pleasing on the eyes and I heard it was built specifically as a basketball arena. Meaning you are as close to the action as possible, in North America. Probably number one on my list for Arenas to go to.

United Center is in a horrible location so that disqualifies it.

I pass the Amway Center everyday on the way to work and it looks sick! But its exterior has nothing on the AAA in MIami.

It used to be a scary place for night games, but they knocked down all the seedy apartment buildings. At first it was flat parking lots but now they're actually starting to build on it again.

I've seen more people at a bus stop than the number of people that place holds.

The real best arena is Conseco. Amway Center might pass it, but is Amway strictly for basketball?
