pdfs, e-books, blogs etc by coaches or ex-players just anything to improve your bball knowledge about help defense, plays,coaching etc individual skills too.
Payed stuff is okay too if you read it and you think it's worth recommending.

I tried this program called 'practicing'. It was free and made me MUCH better.

I would look at books/videos designed for coaches of youth leagues. They should not be too hard to find by Google.
