Anyone just not into the tournament this year?

My roommates have been losing their **** over all the close finishes.
Personally, I haven't been watching this year for some reason. Dont know whether its the lack of household names, or if the NBA is just so stacked now that I cant go back to watching such inferior ball. Anyone feel the same way?

Same thing here, not really interested.. Last time I was actually into it was the year Rose and Beasley was in it.. Only watched cuz of them, but then I started to actually really like that Memphis team.. but yea, kinda boring for me unless some amazing prospect in it coming to NBA..

They're close games not great games. Usually the basketball is terrible with just constant 3 point chucking, I mean that Florida/BYU game alone had 70? 3 point attempts while today the two games combined had 86 3 point attempts. Also the refs are the worst of any sport at any level

yes the star power is lacking but that doesn't mean the games haven't been really good..the only thing i really dont like is the timeouts every 20sec (seems like it)

Too bad Arizona went down, they were probably the most exciting team to watch.

By the way, it's crazy that Kansas got to the Elite Eight by playing a 16, a 9, and a 12, and now faces an 11. If they get past VCU they'll face an 8 in Butler. I know the seeding is as uninformative as ever (VCU and Butler are both dangerous), but damn it's amazing how they might be able to get to the Final Four or even the title game without playing another top-ranked team.

I agree with the OP.

I have a hard time watching an inferior product when I am so used to watching NBA basketball.

It's exciting but, at times very poor basketball.

This. Watching bad players swing the ball for 35 seconds before jacking up a bad 3 pointer doesn't entertain me. The zone defense ruins the game honestly.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to the NBA since March Madness started. That Butler-Pitt ending was unreal.

I like watching to figure what players I think have NBA talent. Doesn't hurt that I'm first in my NCAA pool either.
