Bostons Big 3 in there prime

Post#1 » by The-Joker » Fri May 27, 2011 8:07 pm

we already know they were good enough to win a title past there primes and became one hell of a team to watch but how scary would have these 3 players been together in the beginning or middle of there primes?

They wouldve won maybe 6-8 championships because of the sheer balance that big 3 brought. Way more balanced than Miami's big three, but unfortunately we can play the what if game with everything in the NBA.

dont think it would made any difference.

garnett is just as stat padder n todays allen = prime allen with less shots.

the only difference would be pierce.

still dont see them beating 00s lakers or spurs, even pistons.

Wade > Prime Allen

Bron > Prime Pierce

Prime Garnett > Bosh

depending on the role players, just the core itself, Miami's is a little better.

I agree, but it's not really about that. It's about the players complementing each other.

Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, and KG all complement each other perfectly, and if you have them in their primes with the same mindset they have now they'd be a force in the league.

I think they could of won 3. Hard to say with spurs and lakers dynasty. Definitely a few ECF titles.
