Did the refs take over WCF game 6?

In all my years of basketball watching, rarely does a game leave me feeling as incensed or ripped off as this one has. i'm someone who likes okc- i'd happily take a hard fought victory of theirs. but when the refs took that game over, it cheapened the result- regardless of who you were pulling for.

they took a once fair game and just mutilated it, starting with the phantom tech on Jackson. He gets a tech for staring at the bench- but perk doesn't get 1 for yelling at Kerr and Miller like a derelict in game 3? Unjustifiable. That was the takeover call- it was the group signal for the officiating crew to go in. And go in they did.

After Jackson's tech for walking on by, a PLETHORA of flop calls and non-calls flooded in all favoring OKC. The demonstration was shameless, hardly deniable- and done in a proud fashion. The refs make the bs calls in a way that says "i can change the game, you know i can, and you can do nothing about it. HA!"

I'm sickened. As a fan i pay the ultimate price by tuning in and encouraging the ratings- it's an ironic dilemma, that i've never felt over NFL or any other sports.

the spurs f*cked up. they didnt get stops down the stretch and couldnt score when okc went on their run.

OKC still might have won the game. But it pisses you off when the refs give one call after another against the Spurs. Several offensive fouls that take away 3s no less. Really tainted.

I don't know if the Spurs would have won, but the refs robbed us of the chance of seeing a tight finish where either team could have pulled it off.

OKC could've gone to the finals without the help of the refs. I would've preferred it better that way.

Now, they're always be an asterisk next to their name.

partly yeah. but there were still opportunities for the spurs. and it was home floor. and okc capitalized on it. they hit big shots down the stretch.

Wow. Wasn't that bad, not compared with game 2 of ECf. I think refs were fine. One or 2 bad calls, but didn't decide the game.

For a while there in the mid 4th Quarter it sure looked like the refs were out to screw San Antonio's momentum (I'm a fan of both teams so I don't have a dog in this race). They did lay off for the final 3-4 minutes though.

Still it was looking pretty bad there for a while.

And NBA wonders why fans latch on to every conspiracy theory.

I really wanted the Thunder to win the finals from the start. KD is my favorite player. I absolutely don't think the officials rigged it, but they made so many bad calls that favored the Thunder. Hate to see OKC win this way, especially since (in my opinion) this series decided the championship.
