Anybody in there still thinks he has no chance of beating Davis for the ROY?

He's been a force on defense already. 2.8 blocks in 27 minutes(3.6 blocks, 2 steals and only 2 fouls per 36 minutes), 94 defensive rating.

Where do you get those numbers? because that's just wrong

3-11 from mid range

And about his defense, still has a long way to go. He is a beast protecting the rim, but his post man to man defense isn't there yet, reminds me of Ibaka, great shot blocker but average post defender

Cold. Blooded.

Honestly LeBron, Wade, Kyrie, and now Lillard are my favorite players to watch drive to the lane. It's amazing the type of shots they put up that actually goes on.
Dammit...:

I've got Nurkic fever now.

Most of the layups he missed should have been fouls, like the last play when kaman slugged him in the face. He started attacking when he realized his jumper wasn't falling. He'll get better *Shrug

He finished the game with 16 points, 4 rebounds, 3 asts, 2 stls.

I know alot of people are beating the Lillard drum for ROY and justifyingly so. But AD can't be written off.

Davis is by far and away the frontrunner.

Anyone writing off Davis is a fool. He was the number 1 pick for a reason. I'm a huge Lillard fan, but if AD plays well it's his award.

Vasquez has played well this year but Davis' point totals would look so much better if he actually had a starting caliber point guard. At least 5 times a game Davis sets a pick, rolls to the rim, and gets totally ignored.

A pick and roll with Gordon and Davis would look so much better...

@Cro_Ruption

The higher you are as a pick generally the more your team sucks, noone can place New Orleans struggles on Davis.

Anthony Davis has NO flaws, it's ridiculous.
.
28/11 on 10-14 FG and 8-9 from the line, not to mention terrific defense
