Warriors. 1 (albeit memorable) playoff entry in the last 20 years. Bobcats are bad, but they are still a relatively new franchise. Clippers, Wizards, Raptors come close, but they have a little better PO record to GSW.
Everyone underrated Kobe's ego and just thought he would be Paul Pierce when Garnett and Allen joined, instead he went Black Mamba and turned Dwight into Kwame and Nash into Smush.

Mediocre - good teams, but probably not contenders and committed too much money:
NY
Brooklyn

Poor - No real plan, questionable drafting/signings
Toronto
Mil

Detroit
Washington
Charlotte
GSW
Phoe
Worst - Repeated mistakes, bad drafting/trades

Not many teams are well run to be honest.
Too many GMs/teams handing out bloated contracts, consistently drafting poorly, making awful trades.

I have a feeling a lot of people will say the Magic, but we're pretty decent aside from when our Superstar is in a contract year.
+ rashard's big contract
+ trading an expiring shard contract for arenas

Yeah, signing Lewis and Hedo for their contracts was 'decent.'
Trading for Arenas was 'decent.'
Trading Dwight for nothing while also dumping nothing, once again decent.
Oh yeah, signing Nelson to that contract after you know you're out of the running for anything... so decent!
1-Orlando didnt sign Hedo to his contract.
2-Trading for Arenas was a bone head move and the final straw that cost the GM his job.
3-Dwight was traded for something. Just because you dont like the pieces doesnt mean that he wasnt. For everyone that thought they should have kept Bynum, you are now seeing why they didnt want too.
4-Nelson was signed to a contract that was probably too high for him, but he was kept to provide leadership to a young team, and his 3rd year isnt guaranteed.
Purge your hate, you will feel better.
