Beal is clearly better right now and only 19.

Yeah. Beal is 19 and Ross is 22. I'd take Beal because he's more consistent.

hes learning that he can get by pretty much anyone, if he can finish at a higher clip he will be soooo deadly

especially since they have to respect his jumper

Actually, he was playing pretty well. Came out and had two quick baskets in the first couple of minutes. Then he picked up two quick fouls and missed much of the first half. Monty played him more minutes in the second half with the second unit, and the abortion that is our backup guards(Roberts and Rivers), and away went our lead as usual. Then Monty benched all of the starters for the last few minutes of the game after SA went on like a 10-0 run with 5 minutes left in a tie game.

Davis had 9 points and 7 rebounds on 3-7 from the field. A couple of his shots were heaves as shot clock ran out, one from almost behind the goal. I can't figure out why his box score says 1 block. I know he blocked Tony Parker, and Boris Diaw just off the top of my head. He also blocked Diaw again only to get called for a bogus foul.

I feel pretty confident if he wasn't called for two quick fouls he would have had another double double.

Injuries have crippled my fantasy team and I am forced to start Drummond, dammit why doesn't Drummond get more minutes rabble rabble rabble

Seriously though, it is at the season mid point, Detroit isn't going anywhere, they're better with him on the floor

It's possible, but Beal looks really good. Beal is certainly more skilled, but Ross has length and athleticism.

Beal may be more skilled but he can''t create his own shot of the dribble, he is spot up shooter right now. I remember that in college he was shooting of the bounce at about 30%...
Ross is also better defender

I still think Beal will be the best SG he has become more consistent with his shot, but Ross does have the highest potential. Waiters has too many flaws tbh.

Ross isn't much of a creator either. Dude for some reason never penetrates. Once teams figure that out, they'll start crowding him like crazy. Hopefully, he works on that in the off season or he needs to develop a Rip Hamilton type game.

Ross doesn't have the highest potential. Dude is 22 and Beal is 19, Beal has the most potential. Raptors should have picked Drummond. Ross looks like a career back up Brandon Rush type of player at best. Great dunker, not great at much else. Beal and Waiters are better than him right now and younger.

Ross is known as a shooter.....the athleticism is a bonus. He is also amazingly quick/ agile & has excellent defensive instincts.

His two biggest weaknesses are his ball handling & lack of size.

I love seeing Lillard drive to the hoop, he's a great finisher around the rim. He had his best game in that regard against one of the best defensive teams in the league too, AND he's been nursing a sore ankle. As he continues to get more comfortable driving to the hoop, he's going to be damn near unstoppable. He's already got legit NBA shooting range, so if he continues to drive and starts getting the veteran treatment from refs..... look out.
