Parker is the most efficent PG in the league, his per38' numbers are amazing.

I'm sure they look even better than his per 36 numbers!

Ellis has no chance. It's pretty much a tossup between Jennings & Felton. Jennings is arguably the better player but Felton is playing great on one of the best teams in the league, that's always an advantage.

My answer: Joe Johnson will be picked over all three despite playing like crap due to his reputation.

Noah is over Varejao, he is on a much better team, and has his rebounds poached by Boozer. Varejao is the only okay big guy on that roster so all the rebounds are his.

I think Harden is doing a decent job too, but I would probably take Curry, actually either guy would be fine, it's close

He isn't the most efficient, but he's quite efficient

Stephen Curry's 20+ points 7 games in a row now.
David Lee with a 24/17 night.

At least one of them has to be an all star this year or its a complete joke.

The Warriors now are 13-7. 3-0 on a 7 game road trip.

Anyone going to mention Lowry? I think it might be possible, his numbers are good...

But don't mind me, I'm a sad Raptors fan...

If other players at their position are doing as well or better, it doesn't make anything a joke, it makes it a difficult season to be an All-Star

Curry has a better chance than Mayo/Harden because the Warriors may still have the better record by then. And if the Warriors are better than the Texas teams, then it is assumed that Curry is a big part of that so he'll make the team.

The problem is that Lee is playing at the same level and his stats are better than Curry.

The Warriors wont get two.

Curry at the moment deserves at more than Harden or Mayo. Like you said because of his teams record and how he has been ballin hard.
OJ Mayo , Michael Jordan , Allen Iverson.

fallacy wrote:I would wish that Ibaka's far superior advanced statistics would let him make it over Aldridge but Aldridge has the better raw stats and that's usually what count. Oh well, can't complain about "only" having two all stars

Aldridge is having a decent season but not on the same level he played the last 2 years, so unless he steps it up and Portland makes an improbable run above the 50% come february he should be out of the question.

sunskerr wrote:I don't think Griffin should be an all star (right now) but whatever.

Wether he deserves it or not is irrelevant since he's going to be voted in regardless...

Right now in the west almost a lock are

Paul, Kobe, Durant, Griffin, Howard, Parker, Westbrook, Randolph, Gasol, Duncan, Love

the 12th spot barring injuries is a toss up between Harden and Gay, it will depend on the team record mainly to choose between them.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

Over the past 5 games Blake's been beasting. Averaging 21 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. All of this while playing just 31 minutes and shooting 60%. Hasn't played a lot, if any minutes in the fourth in three of these games. Yeah, "he just dunks over cars" or "he doesn't deserve to be an All Star this year". 8-)

Mayo over Harden!!!

Mayos only gonna get better when Dirk gets back . Teams wont be able to double and triple team him like they do now with Dirk and Kaman on the floor with him.

Mayo last 4 games Since Fisher joined the Team Mavs 3-1
25.3 PPG 5.5 RPG 4.8 APG 1.3 SPG .500 FG% 15-27 3P .556 3P% ( 15-23 3P .652 3P% in the 3 wins )

Based on his previous body of work, i doubt it.

Another W for the Warriors.

Stephen Curry with a 27 point +7reb +7 assist night,
David Lee with a 24/11 night on 71% FG shooting.
