If that is a travel (it is) 99% of top 10 plays or plays when the player catches a ball outside the 3pt line are travels

They rarely call travels on the 3 point line, it would slow the game down too much

Yes they are all travels...can't pick and choose

They call that travel nearly everytime against role players and rookies. Happens atleast once a game.
