I feel so bad for McHale, I don't think he's ready to be back coaching. He's still not there emotionally I think.

Maybe Pierce was upset that the Celtics lost? Look I bad for McHale and I wouldn't want to imagine what he's going through but Pierce isn't required to do anything.
