Pau is going to be nearly $20 million expiring at the end of 2013-14, the T-Wolves can either keep and give him another season or they can use him as trade bait. K-Love is going to get a max contract and from what I've been hearing the T-Wolves really have no intention of giving him that kind of offer. I'm not saying the Lakers will, but we're desperate to get the team turned out so we could pull the trigger just out of desperation and let next season just play itself.

He'd would be the perfect fit to play the four in D'Antoni's offense. It's a longshot, but I wouldn't completely rule out a Pau-Love trade.

Pau will be a valuable expiring contract next year, but this season, it will be hard to get a great deal from trading him with his salary and trade value.
