Please don't let this Lakers game be a trap game.

5 really good games tonight.

Brooklyn at Philadelphia 7:00 PM
Miami at Indiana 7:00 PM
Phoenix at Milwaukee 8:00 PM
LA Lakers at Houston 8:00 PM
Atlanta at Minnesota 8:00 PM

Lakers will probably get a decent beat down, unless Kobe just goes crazy, and even then, they'd just have a fighting chance. Rockets are running the offense the Lakers want to, and I think they'll show it tonight.

Kobe needs to score 80+ for the Lakers to have a chance against the Rockets.

Steve Nash is 5 assists away from 10,000. He'll be one of 5 players to ever reach the milestone. Just something to watch out for.

Re-watching the Knicks game, and seeing Shumpert's hightop got me wondering...

How high would the NBA let you grow it before they ordered you to cut it? Right now it looks about a foot high. Let's say he grows it up to 3 feet. Wouldn't that be an unfair advantage? He could bother passing lanes and jumpers with that thing.

Jrue Holiday has scored or thrown the final pass in every point scored for the Sixers so far. Impressive.

Hopefully with a better fieldgoal percentage than when Chris Webber did it?

Holiday finishes the first quarter with 12 points on 4/4 from the field, six assists, one rebound and no turnovers. Every point for the Sixers came from him.
