Austin Carr is "uniformed?"

I was wondering when someone was going to mention the Cavs. Hey to be fair, one year Mark Price was doing color for the Cavs, they fired him for not being enough of a homer. So in comes Austin. I find him pretty funny. You can call him a homer but saying he doesn't know the game only points out how little you know the game.

Spurs. Probably the only times I wanted to just stop watching games because of them.

The Wizards announcers are probably the least-homerific crew in the league. They call it pretty straight down the middle. Sure, they get excited by the Wiz, but they are never critical of the other side.

Knicks? I think they have good commentators, Walt's rhymes are cool.

Bounding and Astounding
Dancing and Prancing
Dishing and Swishing
Ewing Doing
Huffing and Stuffing
Hustling and Bustling
Loosey Goosey
Movin’ and Grovin’!
Nate the Great
Out-muscling and Out-hustling
Posting and Toasting
Shaking and Baking
Slicing and Dicing to the hoop!
Spinning and Winning
Stumbling and Bumbling
Styling and Profiling
Swooping and Hooping
Wheeling and Dealing
Will the Thrill
Winning and Grinning

Walt is definitely a magician whilst using the english language.

Also I LOVE the nets commentators, they've set the standard really high for me.

Agreed.

Seriously, I can't stand Elliott.

Tommy is by far the worst, I know Celts fans think he can do know wrong, but his heavy breathing alone is enough to change the channel.

If commentators could be given technical fouls, Heinsohn would be ejected every game he calls.

Sean Elliot is an super homer.... and he annoys me but the guy who is without question the worst in the NBA is Tommy Hienson from the Celtics.

Knicks average fan believe Melo's on Durant's level. Celtics average fan believe Rondo is the best PG in the league.

I love the Nets and Knicks commentators. Also, I like Jack Armstrong and Devlin, can't stand Leo though.

Probably the worst would be the Bulls announcers, watching the Bulls-Raptors game and the way they reacted to all the BS calls the Bulls were getting was painful, not to mention "LUOL DENGEROUS!".

Toronto. If you want to know why many young Raps fans are clueless, it's because they learned the game from them- Leo Rautins in particular. In other cities, there are flashes of insight along with the garbage, even one bit per week. Not Toronto. Pure garbage. Jack Armstrong has a cool voice but says nothing.

Celtics - Heinsohn (the other guy is not bad)
Cavs - Austin Carr (so horribly biased its not even funny)
Portland - -_-.... take the cake

honorable mention to Utah and Leo Rautins of Toronto for being pretty bad as well

Tommy Heinsohn is the reason we all deal with the Celtic's fans being the level of homers they are, i mean they grew up with Tommy ball washing every person who ever wore Celtic green. Only caught a few Clippers games but I remember them distinctly being terrible.

On the positive side, Knicks, Nets, Lakers, Pistons announcer's I've enjoyed and they haven't come across as homer. I also grew up with Steve Martin (bobcats now) calling Hornets games in Charlotte. So anytime I have a feed that has Steve Martin it reminds me of my childhood.

Don't get to hear them often but I thought the Phoenix Suns announcers were absolutely hilarious last night.

Eddie Johnson is awesome, but when he's not there it's pretty brutal. It amazes me that Steve Albert does play by play, he cannot follow the action at all.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the OKC crew. Their play by play guy sounds like an obnoxious drunk at a sports bar calling a game and he along with whoever is doing the color are homers nearing the likes of Sean Elliot and Tommy Heinsohn.

Everyone on the opposing team will have Chicago's Stacey King,

but to Chicago fans, he's the most loved commentator in the NBA :D
