Hmmm, right now, the Pelicans will have the highest ceiling IMO. They have two guys who have superstar potential in Gordon and Davis, and Vasquez is playing a top 10 PG. They have decent role players as well in Ryan Anderson, and Aminu is beginning to show he's worth a damn. They're young at important positions, once they get a season under the belt+ some depth via the draft (they won't get wiggins or parker, they'll be too good at that point), they should be able to contend for the 8th spot in the west.

2a and 2b would be Wiz and Cavs. Kyrie is a phenomenal scoring machine, not much on the ability to orchestrate an offense yet, but just a dominant scorer. Waiters has looked better than I thought and still has potential to be a top 10 SG in the league. I'm not sold on their front court. Varejo has some unfortunate luck with injuries...if I had to guess, they'll be picking in the top 5 this year. Noel would be good for em, I'd laugh if the drafted cody, two brothers potentially starting...would be mildly amusing. Their cap space is pretty good so if they show solid winning signs by end of the season they should attract some decent FAs.

Wizards core is clearly going to be Wall+Beal, so far (although a tiny sample size) they look great together. Nene has been alright for us and provides some low post stability, and okafor is finally coming around. Wall's injury could be a blessing in disguise provided our GM either departs, or miraculously acquires some competence. There are players that could help us in the draft, and in FA. We need a 3 and D SF, webster is a decent stop gap but we can do better. I think Poythress or Porter would provide solid depth for us. If Kevin Serphin starts doing the little things as well he could be an above average center for us.
