It wasn't a "shot," but it was cheap. A cheap grab I guess. I didn't watch the whole video but if they called a flagrant 1 it's probably overkill. Based on one viewing a foul on Artest and then maybe double techs.

A lot of cheap shots going on recently, what with GD1 trying to kick AB12s ankle and CV31s hard foul on IT22.

Seriously. Took me forever to think of who BK7 is.
One of the only "initials + number" nickname that actually works is CP3, mainly because each letter/numeral is one syllable and all three rhyme which makes for a smooth sound. Also, Chris Paul is literally the third C.P. in his family, so the nickname represents his position in his family, too.
AK47 Andre Kirilenko was the previous one.

This was actually my first thought, too. How creative it is to take a dude's initials and jersey number.
As for the content of this post....I miss 80's NBA, where this would be a non-issue.

Artest lasts half a season in the 80's NBA.
The Vets in the league at that time wouldn't have put up with his crap and they'd be mopping the floor with his posterior.

shady but not a punch. more like a backhand slapercut. Also when BK7 retaliated with forearm to the neck Ron didnt really react. I think he was jsut moving his hands and arms to frustrate Brandon. I dont think he was trying to injure him. No suspension is warranted and if there is one then both players should get one.
Im not a MWP fan but I would expect the same kind of antics from Rasheed Wallace, KG and those types.

Sorry for the "BK7" in the thread title (I guess..). That's how I have known him since he was a rookie. I go to most the games and he's even announced that way.
Detroit get's as much airtime as the Bucks so I can get how people wouldn't know him by that nickname. But is it really a big deal?? 40 posts dedicated to an unknown nickname and it was just because that's how he's referred to in Detroit.
