The thing that's been hurting the Lakers the past few weeks is, everytime they win Houston seems to win as well and what's hurting Houston is, everytime the Lakers lose they lose also lol they've been at a stand still for a few weeks now.

I see Houston moving up in the standings. Golden State is free falling right now, and Utah has some tough games ahead. I think the Lakers will overtake those two and end up as the 6th seed. Not too confident about the Mavs unless Dirk can get back to his old self.

These Laker kids never cease to amuse me.

Lakers won't make the playoffs, granted. They are 5-5.5 games behind GS and Utah, and while GS had some tough games lately, their schedule will be easier than ever in March, and probably climb up in the rankings again to reclaim the 5th spot from Denver. Utah and Houston are in good shape, and play strong basketball right now.

But keep dreaming.

Look at the schedule: most of the teams they play are bad. They have a lot of winnable games.

Well Utah didn't make any major deadline moves so the strength of their home court record alone should get them in.

Looking at the Houston schedule to close out the season I can't see why they can't to 45 wins, which makes the Lakers' task that much tougher.

I've said it twice, and in every thread you seem to want "your" team to lose, who sounds more ridiculous. Every thread that involves the Mavs you have yet to say anything positive. For a fan you sure love to troll your own team.
