Brooklyn giving up the fifth seed

It was a conspiracy before todays games happened that with the playoffs only set for one team a bunch of guys would jockey for better position.

Brooklyn has had a better record against the heat and might be trying to face them second round vs indiani if those are the teams that go through. Wizards have had a better record against chicago verses toronto who have the third seed and might be better off climbing into fifth spot. Swap those two and its a win win for both teams.

Miami was in first seed position poised to face the winner of the fourth and fifth seeds which would have been brooklyn or chicago who have both given them trouble..Miami instead lost a few games and didnt capture the first seed from a then struggling paces and slotted into second place only to have brooklyn falling into a position where they can still play them.

it hasnt happened yet but brooklyn is seeming to be going to lose today and wizards are seemingly going to win and flipping their matchups. Chicago has already lost so toronto is frozen into its seed whether it likes to or not
